Organic Milled Flour!!!

Zhanna LOVES to use all organic and naturally milled flour seeds to make all her breads.  The Nutrimill Harvest Stone Grain Mill uses all natural stone grinding to produced the freshest flour grains for the most delicious of flavors.  Nyum!!!

NO YEAST!!!

Zhanna uses ONLY Sourdough grown naturally using a continually grown organic Gluten Free Sourdough base, not yeast, for bread rising.  In this way, she can continually use nature to rise both Regular and Gluten Free breads

Wheat Onion Bread

This bread has fresh water soaked onions infused with both unbleached wheat and whole grain flower giving you a moist, but mild, onion flavor throughout.

Dark Rye Multigrain Breads

This Dark Rye Multigrain Bread is straight out of Europe!!! It is filled with sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds, oatmeal and fresh local honey.  So yummy!!!
